Swisse Ultinatal Pre-Conception & Pregnancy Multivitamin helps support the increased dietary needs of women before, during and after pregnancy. This premium quality formula contains 21 important nutrients, including 500 mcg of folic acid*, omega-3 DHA, choline, vitamin D, and iodine. It helps prepare the body for pregnancy and also assists your baby's growth and development. *From a combination of folic acid and 5-Methylfolate, an active form of folic acid.
