Things are getting back to normal. Orders placed between Sunday through Friday will be delivered by the following Saturday (like always). 7-14 days depending on when you were able to get your order in. 

We don't stock items in HK. Every week we import multiple fresh batches from Australia to HK. Once you have placed your, it will take a few days for us to include it in the upcoming batch, once in HK, we promtly re-pack and re-ship the items to you using SF Express, HK Post or whatever optimal options are available to us. 

This entire process can take anywhere between 7 to 14 working days. We are quite clear with our shipping and delivery times, stating it clearly on our product page, checkout page and the invoice. If you need something urgently right now, we are probably not the best place to get it from.

Do note that no orders will be shipped or delivered during weekends and holidays. 

All products on Sailfish are imported with quality assurance checked by our Australian team. The products you received are not stocked in Hong Kong (Unless explicitly stated). All products are genuinely Australian market goods (either made in Australia or made for the Australian market).

Hong Kong - Express shipping (Discontinued)

• Due to COVID restrictions our logistics partner from Australia unable to keep up with their delivery timeframes and therefore this method is discontinued until further notice.

While we try our best to deliver your order as soon as possible, some delays are beyond our control and for cases like these we promise to keep you informed throughout the process.

You will be updated on your order process in every stage of the process from when it has been checked for quality and leaves Australia for transit, arrived at Hong Kong, left our warehouse, and is on the way to you.

 Delivery might be delayed on and around Christmas, Chinese New Year and other major holidays.
