It's sweetened with naturally derived ingredients and buffered with mineral ascorbates to make it gentler on your stomach. This formula includes Vitamin C and bioflavonoids that work together to support the activity of Vitamin C. Adults should chew (do not swallow whole) two tablets once a day for a cold, or just one tablet for general immune system health.
