Directions for use
Adults only - Dissolve 10g (two level scoops) in 300mL of cold water and consume immediately. Low caffeine: Dissolve 5g (one level scoop) in 300mL of cold water and consume immediately. Allow at least 3 hours between doses or as advised by your health professional.
The maximum daily dosage is 10g.
