When using for rub-on, DO NOT: Use on children under 6 years of age unless directed by a physician. Apply close to eyes. Apply to nostrils, wounds or damaged skin. Bandage tightly or use with heating pads.
Consult a doctor: If fever is present or symptoms persist. If pregnant or breast-feeding before use.
While using this medicine: Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth or mucous membrane. When exposed to eyes, rinse eyes with water immediately. Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any ingredients listed on the label. If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area. Discontinue use if irritation develops. Contains a high concentration of menthol, which can cause severe skin irritation. Keep clothing loose. Do not use for steam inhalation.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Menthol 7.0% w/w, Eucalyptus Oil 3.84% w/w. Also contains: Racemic Camphor, Turpentine Oil, Cedarwood Oil, Cardamom, Thymol, and Ginger in White Soft Paraffin base.
