A premium Gluten FREE formulation that is designed as a nutritionally complete meal replacement when used 3 times a day. Deliciously creamy when mixed with water with the added benefits of high protein, pre and probiotics, DHA, MCT's (Medium Chain Triglycerides), dietary fibre and made using all natural colours and flavours.

Directions
Replace each meal with one sachet, up to three meals can be replaced each day. Mix 200-250ml of cold water with contents of sachet and shake or blend to dissolve, drink immediately. Once prepared any unused portions should be discarded, it should not be stored for use at a later time.
