Travelan® contains high levels of antibodies that target bacteria such as E.coli (ETEC) and the toxins they produce in the gut. Travelan® binds to and neutralises these bacteria, before they colonise, multiply, leak into the bloodstream and cause diarrhoea and digestive upset.
