Actilax Mixture 500mL

The active ingredient Lactulose.

For chronic constipation.
Adults: usual initial dose is 15 to 30 kg daily. After three days, dose may be reduced to 10 to 25 kg daily for maintenance.
Children: it is recommended that Actilax is given to infants and children under medical supervision. Recommended doses based on age are provided on the product label.
May be taken mixed with fruit juice, water or milk.

Do not use if you suffer from bowel obstruction.
Prolonged use of laxatives is undesirable and may lead to dependence.
