Inventory is sourced on demand from our Chemist Warehouse HK partners. Allow 1-2 business days to confirm stock before courier pickup.

Return & Refund Steps

Step 1.Contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Step 2.Eligible products must remain sealed / unused unless faulty on arrival.
Step 3.Once approved, we issue a prepaid return label for HK returns or instructions for AU drop-off.
Step 4.Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.

Certain categories (e.g. perishable or temperature-sensitive goods) may be final sale. We flag those items on the product page metadata.
