For swelling, apply 100g of Bexters Soda Crystals into an application wrap/mitt and secure over the swollen area for 3-4 hours or overnight. For ache relief, dissolve 200g in a full bath and soak for up to 30 minutes, or use 100g for sensitive skin. For feet/hands, dissolve 100g in a basin of warm water and soak for up to 30 minutes.
