DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 1. Read enclosed directions carefully before use. 2. Use Bonding Primer and Bonding Treatment to reinforce hair structure and create multidimensional color. STEP 1: PRIME. - Bonding Primer with AHA reinforces internal hair structure. STEP 2: COLOUR. - Apply Permanent Colour Cream infused with reflective pigments and AHA.
