1. Remove applicator from the box; do not use if tamper evident tab is broken.
2. Hold the narrow end of the applicator facing upwards, twist off the tab, and discard.
3. Gently insert the narrow end into the vagina and squeeze the bulb end 2-3 times to deposit Conceive Plus.
4. Remove while squeezing the bulb end and discard.
5. Can be applied up to 15 minutes before sexual activity.
