Each patch delivers heat to the affected area, while the medicated formula works to temporarily relieve pain where you need it most. Simply peel off the backing film and apply sticky side down directly to the skin, where the self-adhesive will keep it in place. Up to two patches can be used at a time and they can be applied once or twice daily (up to 4 patches per day).
