Anti-diarrhoeal tablets for effective relief of diarrhoea.
Diareze is for the effective relief from the symptoms of acute non-specific diarrhoea. The active ingredient of Diareze Tablets is Loperamide hydrochloride, an antimotility agent that works by decreasing the activity of the muscles in the intestinal wall. This increases the amount of time substances stay in the intestine and allows more water to be absorbed out of the faecal matter. As a result, the stools are less watery.

Adults and children over 12 years - take 2 tablets when diarrhoea commences and 1 tablet after each loose motion, to a maximum of 8 tablets per day. Do not take beyond 48 hours.
Contains lactose. If you have a fever or if you see blood in your faeces, you should consult a doctor before using Diareze. As with most medicine, do not use in pregnancy or lactation except on a doctor's advice.
Possible side effects include constipation, dizziness, and drowsiness. Avoid using with alcohol and other sedatives.
