Tilt the head slightly backwards and then place the tip of the nozzle into one nostril.
Angle the nozzle towards the ear on the same side as the nostril being treated and depress the pump to insert dose. Repeat the procedure for the other nostril.
Gently pinch nostrils together, hold for a few seconds and then straighten head to the upright position. Wipe away any excess oil using a clean tissue.
After use, wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue.
Safety Directions: Do not use within 1 hour of lying down or going to bed.
