FLO Sinus Care Starter Kit 12 Sachets

Active Ingredients:
Sodium Chloride: 0.81 g/g powder for solution

Other Ingredients:
Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Bicarbonate, Glucose Anhydrous, Calcium Lactate Pentahydrate.

First time use:
1. Thoroughly wash the bottle, tube, and cap with warm soapy water before use.
2. Add lukewarm pre-boiled water into the bottle up to the FILL line.
3. Add the contents of one FLO Sinus Care sachet into the FLO sinus wash bottle.
4. Screw the cap firmly onto the bottle and shake until all powder has dissolved.
5. While standing next to a basin or in the shower, lean forward and tilt your head down.
6. Insert the cap's tip gently into one nostril. While breathing through your mouth, gently squeeze the bottle until the solution drains from the opposite nostril. Repeat with the other nostril.
