Apply liberally to all exposed areas - about 7 teaspoons (35g) per average-sized adult. Wait 20 minutes before heading into the sun. Reapply every 2 hours or more often when sweating and/or immediately after swimming or using a towel. Cover up with a hat, long-sleeved shirt, and sunnies. Stay cool, and find shade especially between 10am-3pm.
Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply to broken, damaged, or diseased skin. If irritation or rash appears, discontinue use. Consult a doctor for use on babies under 6 months of age. May stain certain surfaces and fabrics. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Store below 30 degrees Celsius. Check expiration date before using.
