Hydralyte Effervescent Electrolyte Tablets are designed to relieve symptoms of dehydration and help replace water and electrolytes lost due to vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise, and occasional hangovers.
Indications for dehydration include:
- Vomiting & diarrhoea
- Heat and travel

- Signs of dehydration: sticky mouth, lethargy, and dark yellow urine.
