DIRECTIONS: Use up to 2 serves a day. HOW TO USE: Add 36g (3 1/2 scoops) to 350mL of water. Shake or blend until mixed and serve. It may also be added to other foods to increase protein content. WHEN TO TAKE: Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and within 30 minutes after exercise.
