1. Wash both feet and hands, then dry carefully.
2. Remove the cap from the tube.
3. Use about half a tube for each foot to ensure even coverage.
4. Apply using fingers, treating between, under, and over all toes, and the soles and sides of feet.
5. Ensure to cover the entire foot thoroughly.
6. Let the product dry for 1-2 minutes to form a colourless film.
7. Wash hands with warm soapy water after application.
8. Avoid wetting feet for 24 hours after application. Wear socks and shoes once the film is dry.
