Metamucil Fibre Supplement Smooth Orange 72 Dose 425g

Psyllium husk powder 3.4 g per 5.9 g dose.
Contains: Phenylalanine

Add 5.9 g (approximately 1½ teaspoons) of Metamucil to 250 mL of liquid. Stir briskly and drink promptly. Drink plenty of water.

Keep out of reach of children. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or oesophagus, potentially causing choking. Bulk fibre may affect how well other medicines work; take this product at least 2 hours before or after prescribed medicine to minimise effects on drug absorption. Allergy alert: May cause allergic reactions in those sensitive to psyllium. Do not use for medication-induced constipation or with abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting. Consult a doctor if there is a sudden change in bowel habits lasting two weeks, rectal bleeding, or if pregnant or nursing. Seek immediate help if experiencing chest pain or difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product.
