Nasalate Nose Cream 15g

Each gram contains:
- Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 2.5mg (0.25% w/w)
- Chlorhexidine Gluconate 3mg (0.3% w/w)

Contains sulfites.

Apply cream to the nose four times daily.

**Usage Advice:**
For the post-operative care of nasal mucosa and as an aid in the treatment of nasal vestibulitis.

**Storage Temperature:** Store below 30°C.

Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse well with water if contact occurs. Chlorhexidine can cause severe allergic reactions; seek immediate medical assistance if this occurs. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days. Consult a doctor if the condition persists. Not recommended for individuals with heart problems, high blood pressure, or those taking antidepressants without medical advice. Do not use during pregnancy or lactation. Not intended for children under 2 years old, and not recommended for children 2 to 6 years old without medical advice.

**Caution:** Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if carton seals are missing or broken.
