To use, read the pack insert before use. For adults aged 18 years and over who smoke 20 or more cigarettes per day: use 1 piece when the urge to smoke arises, or every 1-2 hours, not exceeding 10 pieces per day during the first 12 weeks. After 12 weeks, gradually reduce to 1-2 pieces per day. For the best results, follow the Chew-Park-Chew method: chew until the taste is strong or a slight tingling sensation is felt, rest the gum between the cheek and gums, and repeat until there is no more tingling.
