Optive Sensitive Eye Drops 30 x 0.4ml

Active Ingredients:

• Carmellose sodium 5 mg/kg
• Glycerin 9 mg/kg

Contains:

• Erythritol
• Levocarnitine
• Boric acid
• Sodium borate decahydrate
• Sodium citrate dihydrate
• Potassium chloride
• Calcium chloride dihydrate
• Magnesium chloride hexahydrate
• Purified water

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Always read the label before use.

Ensure the ampoule is intact before use. To open: COMPLETELY TWIST OFF TAB, then pull to remove.

Instil 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed, allowing 5 minutes between administration of other eye products.

This product should be used immediately after opening to avoid contamination which could lead to eye infections.

Dispose of single-use ampoules immediately after use.

Storage Temperature: Store below 25°C.

CAUTION

• Do not use if allergic to any ingredients.
• Do not use if the solution changes colour or becomes cloudy.
• Avoid if packaging shows evidence of tampering or damage.
• Do not use after the expiry date.

Consult a healthcare professional if experiencing eye pain, changes in vision, redness or irritation, or if the condition worsens.

This product may cause transient blurring of vision. Wait until vision has cleared before driving or operating machinery.

To avoid contamination or possible eye injury, do not touch the ampoule tip on any surface.
