Please read the full Instructions for Use provided with the product prior to using. • Roll the earplugs between your fingers until thin before insertion. • Place into the ear canal and allow to expand. • Ensure the end of the earplug is visible outside the ear canal. • Do not insert completely into the ear canal. • Effectiveness check: Cup hands over ears, then move hands outwards. If a noticeable sound change occurs, check earplugs are properly inserted.
