Simply slide the brush head between your teeth and gently move back and forth to remove plaque and food particles. Rinse the brush head clean between uses. Choose a brush size that inserts easily without force and gently twist the brush for effective cleaning.
For back teeth, bend the brush head gently to about 60 to 90 degrees for easier access, and use a straight in-and-out motion for front teeth. Designed to be reusable.
Adult supervision is recommended for children under age 10. Keep out of reach of children under the age of 3.
