Use a small amount initially; apply more if needed. Too much adhesive can cause oozing, so adjust the amount accordingly. Suggested to apply once daily for secure hold. For application, clean and dry your denture, apply Polident in short strips, rinse mouth before inserting, and press firmly into place. For removal, swish mouth with warm water, slowly remove the denture using a rocking motion, and clean any residue with warm water and a soft brush.
