Rejuvenail is a water-soluble formulation containing the active ingredient ciclopirox. It is painted onto the fingernails or toenails to treat mild to moderate fungal nail infections. Ciclopirox belongs to a family of medicines called anti fungals that work by killing a wide variety of fungi that cause nail infections.
Fungal nail infections are hard to treat and a full cure depends on several factors, including the damage to the nail. While Rejuvenail can treat the fungal nail infection, it cannot repair the damage, therefore a full cure can be expected in up to 30% of people.
At temperatures below 15°C, the nail lacquer may gel. To reverse, warm to room temperature (25°C) by rubbing the bottle between your hands until the solution is clear. This does not impact product quality or effectiveness.
