Each soft capsule contains Silicon Dioxide - 420mg, Biotin - 30ug, Manganese Gluconate - 48.13mg (equiv Manganese 5.5mg), Zinc Gluconate 107.8mg (equiv Zinc 14mg), Sodium Selenite 156ug (equiv Selenium 70ug).
Dosage Instructions: Take one soft capsule per day, swallowed whole, with a glass of water.
