1. Sterilise all bottles, tools, and surfaces and thoroughly wash hands. 2. Write the date in the space provided before filling. 3. Open the bag by removing the perforated tab and using the dual closure. 4. Pour breast milk into the bag, reseal, and store. 5. Place the bag in the fridge or freezer. 6. To defrost, place the bag in the fridge to thaw or gently warm in water. 7. Pour milk into a feeding bottle and warm if necessary. Dispose of the empty bag responsibly. DO NOT REUSE.
