For relief of nasal congestion: Rub a thick layer onto chest or throat at night and/or morning.
Keep clothing loose to let the vapours rise to the nose and mouth.

For temporary relief of aches and pains: Rub gently on the affected parts of the skin as often as necessary (usually 3 to 4 times daily).
