Vicks VapoRub Easy Applicator Vaporising Ointment 35g

Menthol 2.75% w/w
Eucalyptus oil 1.5% w/w.
Also contains: Cupressus fenebris Twig Wood Oil, Racemic Camphor, Thymol, Turpentine Oil, and White Soft Paraffin.

Directions for topical use (adults and children 2 years and above): Remove cap, twist the bottom to release the ointment.
Relief from nasal congestion and cough: Apply on the chest, neck, and back up to 4 times a day. Leave clothes loose for vapours to be inhaled easily.
Relief from minor aches and pains: Rub on the affected parts up to 4 times a day or as directed by a physician.
Clean the applicator top with a tissue after each use and place the cap on.
Steaming Application Method (adults and children 12 years and above): Twist the bottom to fill 2 teaspoonfuls of ointment and add into a bowl partially filled (500 mL) with steaming (not boiling) water. Gently inhale the vapours with a towel over the head and bowl for 10-15 minutes. May be repeated up to 4 times a day. Closely supervise children to avoid scalding. Discard bowl contents after use. Do not microwave, add to boiling water, or reheat mixture.

For external use only. Use only as directed. Consult a doctor if fever is present or symptoms persist, and if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not use in children under 2 years of age for topical application and in children under 12 years of age for steam inhalation.
Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membrane. When exposed to eyes, rinse with water immediately.
Do not apply to the face, nostrils, or around the nose, and to wounds or damaged skin.
When using for steam inhalation, read instructions for use carefully to ensure safe usage.
Incorrect usage may result in serious burns or scalds.
Do not leave children unsupervised.
Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to any ingredients listed on the label.
If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a larger area.
Discontinue use if irritation develops.
Do not bandage tightly or use with heating pads. Keep clothing loose.
In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical assistance immediately.
