Menthol 0.0282 kg w/w, Eucalyptus Oil 0.0133 kg w/w Contains: Turpentine Oil, Cedar Leaf Oil, Nutmeg Oil, and Thymol in a petrolatum base.

DOSAGE: For nasal congestion and coughs: • Rub-on: Adults and Children 2 years and above: Rub a thick layer on chest, neck, and back. • Steam Inhalation: Adults and Children 6 years and above: Partly fill a bowl with steaming water (NOT BOILING) and add 0.01 kg (2 teaspoonfuls) of VapoRub. Inhale the vapours with a towel over your head for 10-15 minutes, may repeat up to four times a day. Use with care to avoid scalding. For muscular aches and pains: • Adults and Children 2 years and above: Rub on affected areas up to four times a day or as directed by a physician. Always read the label and follow the directions of use.

When using for rub-on, DO NOT: Use on children under 2 years of age unless directed by a physician. Apply close to eyes. Apply to nostrils, wounds or damaged skin. Bandage tightly or use with heating pads. When using for steam inhalation, DO NOT: Use on children under 6 years of age. Leave children unsupervised. Consult a doctor if fever is present or symptoms persist. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or mucous membrane. Rinse eyes with water immediately if exposed. Do not take this medicine if allergic to any ingredients listed. If irritation develops, discontinue use. Contains high concentration of menthol, which can cause severe skin irritation. Keep clothing loose while using.
