Active Ingredients in each capsule: - Moringa oleifera leaf extract: 135mg (equiv. to 1.08g dry leaf) - Murraya koenigii leaf extract: 67.5mg (equiv. to 472.5mg dry leaf) - Curcuma longa rhizome extract: 22.5mg (equiv. to 1.5g dry rhizome) - Potassium iodide: 50 micrograms (equiv. to 11.6 micrograms potassium; 37.5 micrograms iodine) - Chromium: 61.5 micrograms (equiv. to 12 micrograms chromium) - Camellia sinensis leaf extract: 135mg (equiv. to 4.05g dry leaf, contains caffeine 1.35mg) - Guarana seed extract: 124.47mg (equiv. to 373.41mg dry seed, contains caffeine 23.65mg) - Additional vitamins and minerals for metabolic support. Allergen: Contains caffeine.

Adults only: Take 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules with lunch at least 3 hours apart. Do not take more than 2 capsules in a 3-hour period, with a maximum of 4 capsules daily.
